BASIC OPERATION

Bottom: Lower Engineering

Display

Indicates engineering unit

values for output,set-point,

ratio and bias as indicated

by the third status display.

An engineering units label

can also be displayed.

Assumes other roles during

routines such as ramp/soak,

totalizer, alarms, etc.

STATUS DISPLAYS

There are three 3-character status displays located to the right of the bar

graphs.

TOP DISPLAY

Manual: Instrument is in manual control and the output

may be adjusted manually.

Auto: Instrument is in automatic, so its output is

controlled by the controller algorithm.

Totalize Totalizer has been enabled and is in the

Hold: hold position. This display alternately flashes

with [MAN] if controller is manual or [AUT] if

controller is in automatic.

Output Output tracking has been enabled by digital

Track: input. The controller output is tracking Input 2.
